During Everest 3 passes trek, you will cross three high passes Renjo La (5,377m), Cho La (5,380m) and Kongma La (5,535m) and climb the three peaks - Gokyo Ri (5,483m), Kalapatthar (5,545m) and Chhukung (5,550m) along with the hike to legendary Everest Base Camp.  

Fitness Required from Everest Three Pass Trek 

When it comes to trekking in high pass of Everest, preparation is the key. As you have to walk for 6 - 7 hours a day on a challenging high terrain, you must be physically and mentally fit for this trek. There are many steep sections and sometime you have to tramp on snows and ice too. Though technical skills are not required, you must have basic skills on how to use crampons, ice axe and ropes. The climbing equipment are usually used when there is snow on high passes.
